The purpose of this course on Understanding Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022 and Occupational Safety and Health Regulations is to assist management and Safety personnel in providing a safe workplace in compliance to the Malaysian Government Standard. The course will act as a liaison between the workers and management. The course covers the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022 including important and relevant regulations. The course also covers topics on the latest implemented regulation on Notification of Accident, Dangerous Occurrence, Occupational Poisoning and Occupational Disease Regulations 2004 and CLASS Regulations 2013 including Noise Exposure Regulations 2019. Within the scope of this training the participants will be enlightened on the roles and duties of the members of the Occupational Safety and Health committee.
