INTRODUCTION
This course provides a solid foundation in practical human resource management. Participants will learn essential HR tools and techniques, including effective recruitment processes, interviewing skills, training needs identification, and implementing an efficient performance management system.

Replacement at no additional cost. FMM reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the programme. All efforts will be taken to inform participants of the changes. Participants who did not turn-up at the events are liable for the full payment.
