- Industry exposure includes advertising, broadcasting, e-commerce, IT, and business networking.
- Holds an MBA in International Business (University of East London) and a Professional Diploma in Sales & Marketing (University of Malaya).
- Former broadcaster who conducted 300+ interviews with high-profile figures, including politicians, cultural icons, and international dignitaries.
- Specialises in coaching SME owners and professionals to improve brand positioning, presentation skills, and networking confidence.
- Emceed major events such as the MATRADE Digital Platform launch and Walking with Lions Conference.
- Known for using real-life scenarios, personalised feedback, and helping participants develop their unique speaking style.

Replacement at no additional cost. FMM reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the programme. All efforts will be taken to inform participants of the changes. Participants who did not turn-up at the events are liable for the full payment.
