This is a Forum where HR practitioners from FMM member companies converge to network, share problems and experiences on human resource and industrial relations. As an added bonus, our FMM HR/IR Advisor, Mr. K. Kesavan the moderator for this Forum will also provide updates on Recent Industrial Court Awards.

For members who require special advice on their human resource issues and problems, the Clinic provides you the privacy to discuss with Mr. K Kesavan in confidence. HR & IR issues related to areas such as Labour/IR court case, Collective Agreement, cessation of company and etc. are discussed in private during this Clinic session.
** (Appointment slots are limited to a maximum of 45 minutes only per company! Registration would be on a first-come-first-serve and by appointment basis.)
