FMM Workshop on Sharpen Your Skills to Defuse, Manage and Resolve Conflicts in the Workplace

Introduction

Conflict is an inevitable part of every workplace, arising from different opinions, needs, and expectations. When handled effectively, it can become a powerful opportunity for growth, collaboration, and stronger relationships. This Conflict Resolution Training provides practical tools, proven techniques, and effective communication strategies to help participants manage and resolve workplace conflicts constructively. The programme also focuses on enhancing emotional intelligence, empathy, and teamwork to build a positive, harmonious, and high-performing work environment.

By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
