Introduction
This course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the e-Invoicing system and the necessary steps for its preparation and implementation. Participants will be introduced to the basic concepts of e-Invoicing, its advantages in business management, and compliance with established regulations. Through this course, participants will gain the ability to effectively understand the implementation process of e Invoicing, from the planning stage to operations that meet industry standards.

Trainer Profile
Mr. Ooi Kean Seng (Henry) is an experienced professional with 12 years of expertise in banking, manufacturing, and education. As a certified chartered accountant, he brings nearly a decade of industry experience to his teaching roles, specializing in corporate finance, risk management, and accounting. He has worked at major companies like AmBank, Motorola Solutions, and Dell. Since joining academia in 2017, he has combined his industry knowledge with teaching. Henry holds a Bachelor’s in Business and an MBA and is an affiliate of ACCA. As an HRDF-accredited trainer, he has successfully trained over 100 participants in various accounting and financial programs, earning recognition for his dedication to financial literacy and business education.
